Where do you ship?

Carey On Shopping currently ships within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping.

How long will my order take?

Most items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Are your items made to order?

Yes, many Carey On Shopping products are made to order. This helps us reduce unnecessary inventory and continue offering more airport codes and travel-inspired styles.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order information.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please review the size information before ordering. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed travel-day fit.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
